After a heavy storm cycle that dropped nearly 2 feet with some high winds, we went into Grand Teton National Park to find some untouched pow. We decided on 25 short because of it’s nicely spaced glades, and consistant pitch of 3000 vertical feet. The snow had settled a bit, and we were lucky to find a skin track from the day before. Thanks to whoever put that thing in, it would have taken us twice as long.
All that untouched snow… and go and cross tracks. I don’t get it coach, how come you always break your own rules?
Is it just a ploy to be a rebel with a cause?

Yes, the first follow cam, I was going to request one if it didn’t happen soon. You are a true troubadour.
In the name of filmaking, rules can be broken, glad your paying attention though.
sweet pole plants 😉
Looks great! But I thought you told me to never ever cross someone’s tracks! Hmmm 😉
Ha! I just saw the previous post about crossing tracks. Looks like you are really not supposed to dp that!
Ya, I definately preach, and 99% of the time practice this unwritten backcountry law. I was experimenting following another skier with the chest cam. It was way lower down on the face, and is by no means a “Hollywood” line.
